It will be light, easy and fun and by the end of the course you will be a more empowered, inspired and creative lover, with the techniques and tools you'll need to have an even more fulfilling sex life.
Each week Christina will take you through one aspect of yourself and help you to develop new ways to bring out the best in you. It's suitable for men as well as women and anyone can participate. All we ask is that you be ready to find a more confident, vibrant and sexually inspired you!

Christina Spaccavento is a qualified and experienced Sex
Therapist, Relationship Specialist and Counsellor who works with
individuals and couples on a broad range of sexual and relationship
She is committed to offering an understanding and expert experience
through her client centred and solution focused therapeutic style. For
those clients that are not based in or around Sydney, there are also the
options of choosing telephone or Skype consultations.
She has a Masters of Sexual Health from the University of Sydney, is
certified and registered with the Australian Counselling Association
and is a Board Member of the Australian Association of Sex Educators,
Researchers and Therapists in NSW (ASSERT NSW).
Christina has a background in working with diverse cultural and
linguistic communities and she is also a bilingual speaker of modern
Italian. Christina also regularly works with GLBTQI members of the
In addition to running her clinical practice, Christina regularly
conducts sexuality seminars for health professionals and the general
public on a diverse range of topics and has contributed to the National
Geographic television documentary series Taboo as an expert
therapist. She has also made various contributions to academic and
media publications and radio in the area of sexology and sexual health.
Christina regularly receives referrals from gynaecologists, GPs,
psychiatrists, psychologists, counsellors, chiropractors, naturopaths,
massage therapists and sexual health nurses.
